RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We at JustTurbo would like to thank you for using JustTurbo.com for your turbocharging needs. You chose to use our business despite all the choices out there, and that makes you important to us. We will take care of your turbocharging needs as quickly and effectively as possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) you purchased on our site and would like to return the product(s) to JustTurbo.com for a refund, we are here to help you make this process as easy to deal with as possible.
Below are instructions on how to properly return the item, to receive the refund as promptly as
OBTAINING R.M.N. (Return Merchandise Number) (or R.M.A. Return Material Authorization)
- Send an email to email@example.com requesting R.M.N. You may also visit our site at justturbo.com or call 1(844)282-2322 (hours of calling: 9:00am to 5:00pm EST).
- Send pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org, pictures must include the product(s) in its entirety along with its number plate with identifying serial number, and the original boxing with all the packaging materials and any additional accessories that may have been included in the box.
- We will then send you a form to fill out, asking for some information on the product and the reason for the return.
- If you are unable to perform any of these actions to their entirety, an R.M.N. will not be issued.
- The product(s) must have been purchased at most 15 days prior to R.M.N. request. (The time frame can be reconsidered in cases of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to: severe weather, problems with shipping company, or any delays between the product leaving JustTurbo.com and its arrival at the purchasing party.)
- The product(s) must be in its original packaging, with all the packaging material and any accessories that may have been included in the purchase.
- The product(s) can’t have been used, and/or damaged. The product(s) must be clean; it cannot have any grease, or tool marks.
- Proof of purchase must be shown (i.e. the receipt with the part number and invoice number matching our records)
CHARGES & FEES
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any product(s) being returned, regardless of its condition.
- The 15% restocking fee can be avoided if the purchasing party chooses to exchange the product(s) being returned for other product(s) of the same or greater value. In this event free shipping will not be eligible and the full amount of returning the product(s) and shipping exchange product(s) will be charged to the purchasing party.
- Any shipping that was paid for by the customer, to expedite the shipping process will not be refunded.
- The charges associated with shipping the product back to the hands of JustTurbo.com will be deducted from refund amount.
RETURN & REFUND
- After you’ve been approved for a R.M.N. you will also receive a shipping label for the product(s) to be shipped back to JustTurbo.com.
- When JustTurbo.com receives the merchandise, an inspection will be conducted.
- If the inspection proves that the product and packaging are original and haven’t been tampered or otherwise modified in any way shape or form, a refund with the charges discounted will be issued to the original purchasing party.
- Any product(s) that may have been damaged is subject to refusal of refund. (investigations will be conducted)
- If you’ve received damaged and /or defective product(s), please take plenty of pictures and contact us as quickly as possible.
- Any product(s) that was bought on sale is subject to refusal of refund.
- Any product(s) that the manufacturer makes can be ordered in the event JustTurbo does not offer it, this product(s) will not be eligible for free shipping, return, and/or refund.
